Wir werden in Edinburgh ein Auto übernehmen und dann Richtung Norden aufbrechen. Geplant sind fast immer 2 Übernachtungen, um nicht dauernd fahren zu müssen und auch mal eine Wanderung einzuschieben. In Onich nahe Fort William haben wir für eine Woche ein Ferienhäuschen gemietet. Die Route ist zwar durch die vorgebuchten Hotels vorgegeben, aber wie wir dann tatsächlich fahren werden entscheidet sich erst vor Ort.
